Can you tell me locations of restaurants, lodging, and courses before I commit?
To preserve the integrity of our service and protect the value of our expertise, detailed and specific itinerary information is only shared upon receipt of payment. This ensures that the elements we’ve carefully curated remain exclusive to Upper Hand Golf clients and prevents the use of our proprietary planning outside of our service. Our expertise is our craft — and it’s what truly sets your experience apart.
Am I charged if I cancel my experience?
A $250 deposit is included in the invoice and is non-refundable in the event of trip cancellation after the itinerary is delivered. Cancellations are subject to third-party vendor policies and deposit terms outlined in the service agreement.
Why isn’t there fixed pricing in your experiences?
Due to the seasonal pricing variations across Michigan’s regions and courses, Upper Hand Golf does not currently offer fixed pricing packaged experiences. Instead, we tailor each itinerary based on your preferences and current regional availability—ensuring a custom experience that aligns with both your vision and budget.
How short of notice can I book an experience?
For the Journey and Premier Experiences, we ask that you allow at least two weeks notice so we can thoughtfully plan and prepare your package. If you’re booking the Play Experience, we require you book one week before your planned date.
